My name is Katarina Taracova and I was born in Slovakia on 17th of January 1996. After four years of primary school I decided to continue my education on gymnasium in Bratislava which was an 8 year long study during which I've spent one year studying abroad in England.

 

I also participated in few language learning programmes which were held abroad, one in USA at the age of 15, one in France at the age of 14 and one in UK at the age of 13. Since I can remember I have always shown interest in the building industry and architecture.

 

I graduated from gymnasium from physics, maths and Slovak language in May 2014 and during that year I applied to study Architectural Technology and Construction Management in Denmark but I also got in the Architecture programme on Slovak Technical University. After all I decided for Denmark and now I'm more than happy with my decision since studying university abroad gave me a lot of experience not only in the field that I was studying.

My main focuses for my studies are detail construction drawings, revit and I have a huge interest in making visualisations. I also like to work with sustainable materials and solutions and finding out about all the new possibilities that we can use in our projects.
