The second semester was focusing on single family houses. We again worked in the the groups of four people but unfortunately one of our group members has left the education in the middle of the semester.

We have been given an outline proposal with clients wishes. Our client was a four members family (two adults, two kids) and a dog and their wishes were that the area of the house must not exceed 200 square meters, the external surfaces are a mix of brick and wooden cladding, the roof materials are tiles, slates or roofing felt, the storey partition between basement and ground floor can be made out of concrete elements, the ground floor has to be handicap friendly, hobby room and laundry room in the basement, basement has to be accessible from the outside and the balcony is placed on the ground floor.

We were also supposed to find a building site and follow the whole building process of the building and then write a report about it.

My focus this semester was mainly on static.
