Our final semester was a lot different than the others. We did not work in groups and the semester was split into two parts, one for writing our Bachelor Thesis and one for developing a Bachelor Project.

My Bachelor Thesis was written on the subject of how the ageing of the population is affecting todays architecture and the incorporation of disable friendly design. I have chosen to work on this subject since I find it very crucial and important to make architecture for everyone without losing the design.

For my Bachelor Project I have decided to choose an unfinished project from the company that I was working at during my internship and develop it the phase Detail Design 2. The only material that I got was a presentation which was used in the competition and CAD plans, sections and elevations which I then had to transfer to BIM. It was a Rehabilitation Centre for Cancer Patients so there was a big challenge meeting all the requirements for this building just as well as maintaining the very unique design.
